// About

Founder-Led Technical Execution

Wright Digital Transformation Services is led by John Wright, a U.S. Air Force AFSOC combat communications and network-security veteran, systems engineer, software builder, author, and issued-patent inventor.

John brings more than two decades of experience across military communications, network security, systems engineering, infrastructure operations, endpoint management, identity administration, enterprise support, technical documentation, software development, product creation, and complex troubleshooting. He is a named inventor on an issued U.S. patent in vehicular RF detection, issued in 2012 and no longer active.

Today, WDTS applies that experience to digital transformation, custom software, AI-assisted workflows, cloud systems, technical documentation, RF and sensor research, workflow modernization, and mission-focused product development.

Clients receive direct founder accountability from initial problem definition through architecture, development, integration, testing, documentation, deployment, and continuing improvement.

We do not add technology for its own sake. We build around the mission, the user, the workflow, and the result.

// Capabilities

Technical services organized around operational needs

WDTS is not a single-specialty consultancy. We combine software, systems, data, infrastructure, documentation, automation, and specialized sensing capabilities according to the requirements of each engagement.

  • Digital Transformation and Process Modernization

    We assess existing workflows, information flows, documentation practices, technology constraints, and operational requirements, then move clients from disconnected manual processes to structured digital operations.

  • Custom Software Development

    Purpose-built web applications, internal tools, workflow platforms, APIs, dashboards, automation services, and technical prototypes designed around actual users rather than forcing the organization into an unsuitable off-the-shelf product.

  • Workflow Automation

    Systems that organize tasks, documents, approvals, communications, evidence, reporting, and business processes into consistent, repeatable workflows.

  • Systems Integration

    We connect software, cloud services, infrastructure, identity systems, APIs, sensors, and data sources into cohesive technical systems.

  • AI-Assisted Analysis and Automation

    Document organization, information extraction, classification, evidence review, research support, and structured analysis. AI is one component of a broader architecture, not a substitute for sound engineering, verification, security, or human judgment.

  • Cloud and Infrastructure Support

    Windows Server, Microsoft 365, Azure-connected environments, Active Directory, identity and access administration, endpoint systems, networking, firewalls, multifactor authentication, and remote-management platforms.

  • Data Organization and Decision Support

    Structured information models, operational dashboards, analytical workflows, searchable records, and reporting systems that turn disconnected data into information that is easier to understand, defend, and act upon.

  • Technical Documentation and Reporting

    System documentation, configuration guides, standard operating procedures, technical reports, research summaries, and training materials. Documentation is part of the deliverable, not an afterthought.

  • RF and Sensor Analytics

    Lawful RF surveying, passive signal-environment measurement, software-defined radio integration, GPS-correlated event logging, sensor-data normalization, multi-source correlation, and drone and Remote ID detection support.

  • Research, Development and Technical Prototyping

    Emerging and unconventional technical projects requiring research, architecture, experimentation, integration, testing, and documentation.

// Our Approach

Mission-focused systems and data integration

WDTS applies operational-intelligence principles at a practical small-business scale: connect fragmented information, integrate technical and operational workflows, establish structured data, correlate multiple sources, and produce tools that support better decisions.

  • Consolidate fragmented information
  • Connect technical and operational workflows
  • Automate repetitive processes
  • Improve documentation and traceability
  • Integrate multiple systems and data sources
  • Visualize complex activity
  • Convert raw information into usable insight
  • Develop tools around the mission
  • Leave behind systems that can be operated and improved

The goal is not more software for its own sake. The goal is stronger operational capability.

// Specialized Practice

RF, Spectrum and Sensor Analytics

WDTS maintains a specialized RF and sensor practice applying spectrum-aware, security-informed systems engineering to lawful private-sector RF surveying, passive signal-environment measurement, software-defined radio integration, GPS-correlated logging, drone-detection support, sensor fusion, data visualization, and technical reporting.

Where appropriate, WDTS applies spectrum-awareness concepts including disciplined collection, multi-sensor correlation, structured event logging, and confidence-based analysis. These are applied only to lawful passive measurement, research, resilience, documentation, and decision-support work.

Scope & Disclosures

WDTS does not provide jamming, spoofing, interception, unauthorized access, emergency-service interference, or law-enforcement impersonation services. WDTS provides private technical consulting, lawful observation support, software development, documentation, reporting, and decision-support products.

// Why WDTS

Broad technical capability with direct founder accountability

  • Proven ability to build

    WDTS is supported by functioning software products, deployed web platforms, technical research systems, published work, issued intellectual property, and decades of hands-on technology experience.

  • End-to-end technical perspective

    We consider the mission, user experience, workflow, architecture, infrastructure, data, documentation, security, deployment, and long-term operation as parts of the same system.

  • Founder-led delivery

    Clients work directly with the person responsible for understanding the requirement, designing the solution, and delivering the work.

  • Security-aware execution

    Our work is informed by military communications, network security, enterprise systems, identity administration, infrastructure operations, and operational-support experience.

  • Documentation-driven implementation

    A system is not complete if the client cannot understand, operate, maintain, or improve it. Documentation is built into the delivery process.

  • Practical use of emerging technology

    WDTS adopts AI, automation, cloud services, and sensor platforms when they improve the outcome, not because they are fashionable.
